Hello

I'm Colby, and I'll be 13 soon and heading into 7th grade. Baseball is my passion—I live for all things baseball! This year, I started making necklaces to trade for pins at the Little League World Series, and it was such a hit that I decided to keep going. Now, I'm making necklaces and bracelets to support a good cause. I also love the beach, paddle boarding, pickleball, flag football, basketball, reading, and traveling with my family. Through this project, I'm learning about entrepreneurship and giving back—50% of my proceeds go to the All Rise Foundation by Aaron Judge!

My Story

With the help of my mom and dad, I've been doing fundraisers for as long as I can remember. When I was around 7 years old, I decided to hold an art sale and donate all the money to The Potter League for Animals. I drew all the art myself and made frames out of popsicle sticks. I was so excited to personally donate over $100 to help animals at the shelter!

When I was 10, I got into watching Mark Rober on TV, and I learned about #TeamSeas, which was focused on removing trash from the ocean. Inspired by this, I did a rock art sale and was able to send in enough money to remove over 200 pounds of trash from the ocean.

Fast forward to now—this summer, I had the chance to attend the Little League World Series. I had recently learned about these cool necklaces that are super popular with baseball players so I decided to make some on the drive to Pennsylvania so that I'd have something to trade for pins. After coming out of my shell, I ended up having the best time ever trading and selling necklaces!

While there, I heard Aaron Judge's mom talk about the All Rise Foundation, and it really inspired me. I asked my parents if we could keep making necklaces to raise money for the foundation, and they agreed. This time around, I’m donating 50% of the proceeds to All Rise while learning about entrepreneurship—like the cost of goods and everything that goes into running a little business.

Thanks for supporting me and my mission to do good!
