All of our necklaces and bracelets are handmade by Colby himself, with attention to detail and quality. Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique. We believe this adds to the charm of our products, but if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak times or when Colby has a school project, there might be a slight delay, but we'll always keep you updated.

Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our items are handmade and a portion of the proceeds go to charity, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Custom Orders
Interested in a specific color combination or a custom piece? We love creating special items! Just contact us with your request, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
